At Promote Sphere, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably. This shipping policy outlines everything you need to know about how we ship our products to you.
1. Order Processing Time:
All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on a business day will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is successfully placed.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times:
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.
standard Delivery (Domestic Orders within India):
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
This applies to most serviceable pin codes across India.
Please Note:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, national holidays, or courier delays), and other factors beyond our control.
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience in such instances.
4. Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes within India.
If you have specific unserviceable areas or states, mention them here. E.g., "However, due to logistical limitations, we currently do not deliver to Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and certain remote areas. You can check pin code serviceability at checkout."
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's website, allowing you to track the real-time status of your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
6. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Delivery:
Our courier partners typically make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package.
If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, or if the customer is unreachable, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, Promote Sphere reserves the right to charge re-shipping fees for a second delivery attempt. If the order is then cancelled, a refund will be processed minus the original shipping charges and any re-shipping charges incurred.
It is crucial to provide an accurate and complete delivery address, including pincode and a valid mobile number, to ensure smooth delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments:
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, or if an item is missing, please contact our customer service team immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with clear photographs of the damaged packaging and/or product.
If your order tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours of the stated delivery time. We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
Promote Sphere will work to resolve issues of damaged or lost shipments promptly, which may involve arranging a replacement or issuing a refund, as per our discretion and investigation findings.
8. Changes to Shipping Policy:
Promote Sphere reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
